Amazing how Sixu was able to most importantly change my outlook on myself. I never thought I had the skills & talents inside until she helped me unlock them. SCcoaching, and more specifically, Sixu turned my life around. When I first started the CONFIDENT program, I wasn’t sure that anything was going to work for me. Sixu is very intentional with her coaching methodology - I felt at ease sharing what is happening in my life at this time. She suggested one of two pathways we could take for the coaching. In my session with Sixu, she started by sharing a mindfulness technique that I am excited to try for work. I'm looking forward to diving in, learning more, and exploring my path with this coaching experience!
